Cultivators, processors and dispensaries get the same flood as everyone else, plus labs, regulators and wholesale buyers. If you're the one sorting it, an Executive Assistant AI agent might be worth a look. It drafts. You approve. Nothing goes out without you.
Start with a free 30-minute fit call. If it's a fit, next is a 2-hour time audit ($750, credited toward setup). If it isn't, I'll tell you.
If none of these land, you probably don't need this, and that's fine.
And how often does an important one sit under forty that aren't?
On a calendar everyone can see, or in your head and a few old emails?
Do you know without looking? Who's actually following up on them?
Is it still waiting? What happens to that account if it waits another week?
Running a licensed operation means more paperwork than most businesses, not less. The question is what the email side is costing: slow replies to buyers, dates that live in one person's head, and invoices nobody chased. Only you know if that's worth fixing.
It puts inspection windows, license renewals and lab dates on your calendar as reminders, and drafts polite, specific reminders for past-due wholesale invoices. You approve every message.
Is there something else that eats your week? If a task is repetitive and lives in software you already use, there's a good chance an agent can take the first pass at it too. A few examples:
If something like that comes to mind, bring it up on the fit call and we'll talk through whether it's worth building. Same rules apply: normal sign-ins, no API keys, and nothing goes out without your OK.
I'm Jonathan Wood. Before this I ran managed IT for small businesses, then race-team operations with Larry Pegram Racing, which runs this same setup today. I set up your agent, test it on your real week and hand it over. Then it's yours.
It starts with a free 30-minute fit call. The audit is a 2-hour working session at a flat fee, and it comes off your setup if you go ahead. The setup is one fixed price, quoted before anything starts. Support is hourly and optional.

Yes. I work with state-licensed operators: cultivators, processors and dispensaries. The assistant handles the office side, not the plant-touching side.
No. It works in email, calendar and invoicing. It doesn't touch your seed-to-sale system and it doesn't file anything with the state. It can remind you of dates you give it.
By ACH bank transfer or check, invoiced directly. Many card processors won't handle cannabis-related payments, so I don't use them for this.
It lives in your own account. Any access I use during setup is removed at handoff, and you can change your passwords whenever you like.
Because it's real work: a 2-hour working session on your week, and you leave with a written plan and a fixed quote you can use with or without me. If you go ahead within 30 days, the $750 comes off the setup.
No pitch deck. Start with a free 30-minute call about your week. If an assistant would help, the next step is the 2-hour time audit ($750, credited toward setup within 30 days). If it wouldn't help, I'll say so.
