A free fit call, a $750 discovery session that comes off your setup, one fixed setup price, and optional hourly support. The estimate below shows what you'd pay and when. Below it: every step, how sign-off and payment work, and what day-to-day use looks like. The plans are on the home page.
Pick your AI plan and a setup amount to see what you'd pay and when. This is an estimate, not a quote. Your fixed quote is set in the discovery session.
Estimates in US dollars. Not included: applicable taxes; card processing fees, if you pay by card; and AI-provider usage charges beyond what your plan includes. For example, Grok Bot Premium includes a weekly usage allowance, and extra usage is paid with top-up credits that you control in your Grok account (x.ai/bot). AI plan prices are the providers' US list prices on Oct 28, 2026, and can change. We prefer ACH bank transfer. No monthly fee from Ai Agents On Staff.
The three AI platforms work differently. Here's what each one does, from the providers' own help pages on Oct 28, 2026. We confirm your exact setup in the discovery session.
In your AI app. The agent shows you a draft reply, invite or invoice reminder, and you approve it, ask for a change, or skip it. Nothing is sent in your name until you say so, unless your written approval rules allow it.
Yes. Grok Bot has an iPhone app and a Mac app. ChatGPT and Claude have phone apps as well as web and desktop apps. Which steps work best on the phone depends on the platform, so I'll show you during training.
For the email, calendar and invoicing work, generally no. Grok Bot runs on its own cloud computer, so it keeps working with your laptop closed. Claude's scheduled tasks run in the cloud on paid plans, even when your computer is off. ChatGPT's scheduled tasks also run on OpenAI's side. Anything that needs files or programs on your own computer only works while that computer is on.
On the schedule we set in discovery, within what your plan allows. For example, ChatGPT's paid plans can run a task as often as every hour, and free ChatGPT at most once a day. Some plans can also start a task when a new email arrives. We pick a rhythm that fits your week.
The agent waits. Nothing goes out without your approval either way. AI plans include a set amount of use. Grok Bot Premium, for example, has a weekly allowance: past it, it either pauses until the allowance resets or uses top-up credits, if you turn those on. Provider outages and changes a provider makes after handoff aren't faults in the setup. I can help with those hourly.
No. The approach, the approval rules and the written guide are the same, but what each platform can connect to, how often it runs and how it asks for approval differ. In discovery I'll tell you which platform fits your work and what it can and can't do.

Yes. If you sign within 30 days, the $750 comes off your final payment. You pay 50% of setup when you sign. We prefer ACH bank transfer. If you'd rather pay by credit card, the card processing fee is added. When you pay, you fill out an ACH authorization form, or a credit card authorization form if you pay by card, so the final payment is charged automatically when the setup is accepted (see sign-off below). The final payment is due at acceptance. You get a receipt.
Your target dates are in the scope of work. You're live about 5 business days after access is in. The scope also spells out the results you expect, like email sorted with replies drafted, scheduling suggestions, and invoice and reminder drafts, with nothing going out without your OK. We test those with you on your real accounts. Testing on your real work does not count as acceptance.
At the handoff session we review those results together, and you sign off by email. If 3 business days pass after the handoff session with no sign-off and no open issue reported in writing (email is fine), it counts as accepted. If something on the list isn't right, tell me in writing. I fix it at no extra charge, and the 3-business-day review restarts for that item only. The final payment is charged on acceptance.
If you've paid the first 50% and work hasn't started yet, I refund it in full. Once any work has started, the first 50% isn't refundable, but you won't be charged the final 50%. You can reschedule the discovery session free anytime. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead is free; cancelling within 24 hours of the session costs half the fee ($375).
You can switch it off at any time. On the money side: the setup price is fixed before you commit, and acceptance comes only after we've checked it together on your real accounts against the list we agreed. After that, there's no retainer and no monthly fee from me. You only pay for support if you ask for it.
A written build plan you confirm first. The agent set up in your own AI account and connected to your email, calendar and invoicing app, plus the simple app connections we agree on in discovery. Written approval rules. 1–2 days of testing on your real work, tuned daily. A live training session, a written guide, and the configuration, instructions and templates built for you. Then two weeks of small adjustments after go-live.
The 2-hour discovery session and a short checklist before it. Then a second checklist to give access, including a 15-minute screen-share to set up two-step verification. A 30-minute start call, a 15-minute check-in each day during the 1–2 days of testing, and a training session at the end. During testing you also use it on your normal work.
Invoicing works with QuickBooks Online (not QuickBooks Desktop), FreshBooks, Xero and other accounting apps we can sign into. We confirm yours in the discovery session. Simple connections like Slack and Google apps (Drive and others) are included. In the discovery session, we'll decide which apps are part of your project.
Probably. Those three are where most owners start. If something else in your week is repetitive and lives in software you already use, like following up on quotes or collecting paperwork, bring it up on the fit call and we'll see whether it's worth building.
You can set it up yourself. What you'd be paying me for is the work around it: designing the workflow with you, configuring it in your account, writing the approval rules, testing it on your real work, training you, and a documented handover. The question is whether you'd rather spend those hours on your business.
No pitch deck. We talk about your week. If an assistant would help, the next step is the 2-hour discovery session ($750, credited toward setup within 30 days).
